Hi! I’m Olivia. Originally from Aotearoa New Zealand, I currently live in beautiful Bergen—a small, very rainy city on the west coast of Norway with my husband and two cats.
My research background is in food systems, human geography and law. I am in final year of a PhD in Agriculture and Food Security at the University of Edinburgh, and have an MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford. I am also the co-producer of the award-winning podcast ‘Less and Better?’ with Farmerama Radio.
When I’m not producing podcasts or working on my own research projects, you can find me on one of Bergen’s many hiking trails, or curled up on the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea.
